Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital performance across Sephora.com, mobile web, and app to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting to support weekly, monthly, and executive-level insights
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses that inform digital merchandising, content strategy, site marketing, and product initiatives
  • Support key dotcom and digital initiatives such as new feature launches, personalization efforts, and site and app performance optimization
  • Partner closely with Product teams to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate measurement across digital platforms and in-store digital experiences
  • Provide analytics guidance and objective, data-backed insights to cross-functional partners across Digital, Marketing, Merchandising, and Content
  • Conduct deep-dive and ad hoc analyses to diagnose performance issues and uncover growth opportunities
  • Present findings in a clear, concise, and compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
