Requirements

  • Internship/experience in finance/data science/marketing analytics
  • Solid project management and interpersonal skills—the ability to multitask, adapt, and communicate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong strategic thinking & analytical skills
  • Familiarity with digital and/or linear yield metrics, including qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in a digital ad sales pricing/planning/yield-related role
  • Understanding of digital advertising and its ecosystem, including programmatic & direct/national
  • Experience with Operative, Freewheel, Tableau, Double Verify, Google Ad Manager

Responsibilities

  • Pull and analyze daily programmatic & monetization reports to highlight trends and anomalies
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data needed for weekly finance reports, including RPM Analysis, Sales Pipeline, Closed Business, AE Pacing, Programmatic Deal Revenue, Contextual and Syndication Revenue
  • Maintain Order Management System info and metrics for National advertisers and agencies
  • Distribute weekly scheduled Yield Dep’t reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage monthly spend reports by site, sales channel, advertiser, agency, and category and distribute to Executive Management
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Ad Operations, Inventory, Business Intelligence, Marketing and Ad Products internal teams to perform various Yield-related tasks
  • Handle ad-hoc Yield reports from Operative, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, FOXai, Tableau, Double Verify, On-Air and other internal and external systems
