Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice to clients around equity story positioning, fundraising requirements, M&A and defence advice
  • Support with M&A, Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and other transaction processes within the BPRE sector, liaising with clients, internal teams, regulators and managing other advisers
  • Undertake and develop, strong technical skills including financial, valuation and sector knowledge alongside analysis of risk
  • Coordinate and produce marketing materials for target corporate clients and financial sponsors
  • Service clients day-to-day, expressing relevant information and communicating clearly in meetings and emails; delivering solutions to clients using sector, market and product knowledge
  • Engage with the broader Deutsche Numis and Deutsche Bank platforms to help deliver for our clients
