Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth quantitative and qualitative financial analysis relating to business, industry and economic trends.
  • Prepare marketing materials and presentation slides for pitch books and client materials.
  • Support senior bankers in origination activities, including screening IPO targets, monitoring equity markets news flow, identifying potential trends and opportunities, and preparing pitch materials.
  • Produce market updates, performance analyses, sector deep dives and strategic materials for corporates and investors.
  • Track news and developments relating to the team’s core IPO, private placement and follow-on targets.
  • Support IPO and broader fundraising execution processes, including data gathering, analysis, materials preparation, transaction calls, deal documentation and client presentations.
  • Gather and analyse market share data, shareholder information and investor profiles.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across product and industry teams to support client coverage and transaction execution.
  • Interact with senior bankers and clients in a professional and effective manner.
