Responsibilities

  • Acting as the Marketing Execution Lead (MEL) for Amex Offer campaigns. This includes managing and submitting offers through all required review processes and working closely with compliance review partners and marketing partners to ensure all campaigns are fully approved prior to launch.
  • Executing the end-to-end offer onboarding process for Amex Offers campaigns (including partner & event-based offers), ensuring the successful set-up and delivery of offers.
  • Conducting quality reviews and validations to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns.
  • Supporting new capabilities to increase agility & efficiency while mitigating risk.
  • Drive process innovation by analyzing existing systems and introducing more effective, scalable solutions.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to help Marketing partners successfully bring campaigns to market.
  • Working closely with Technologies to track and validate offers, ensuring they launch successfully.
  • Continuing to meet the evolving needs of our Partners, Card Members, and Merchants.
