Responsibilities

The Graduate Programme for Commerical Risk will commence in Summer 2024 (typically August) and has been designed to identify and support the development of key future talent. As such, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate a genuine interest, drive and potential to build a lasting career at Aon.
As a Property Loss Control Graduate, you will be working as part of the wider Commercial Risk team to contribute to delivering high quality client services. Main tasks will be:
Arranging meetings with the clients based on their availability
Providing a preparation email and agenda outlining the scope and plan for the day/meeting
Arriving to client sites and hosting an opening meeting
Completing a full site tour to gather information and identify hazards – looking at plant rooms, fire detection and suppression systems, plant & equipment, electrical systems, roof voids, storage etc.
Completing a question set/audit gap analysis
Hosting a closing meeting to discuss key outputs
Providing a report to the client with your findings and risk improvements to improve their risk
