Responsibilities

  • Art Direction (50%):
  • Translate marketing strategies into strong, on-brand visual concepts across digital and motion design
  • Lead visual critiques and provide clear, actionable feedback to both internal designers and agency/production partners
  • Ensure consistent visual quality across all deliverables, aligning with brand guidelines
  • Act as a proxy for the Creative Director in feedback loops and approvals
  • Champion design best practices, structure SOPs, and mentor junior talent across creative standards
  • Hands-on visual design (50%):
  • Design branded promotional graphics, presentations, digital layouts (web, social, email), and motion graphics
  • Build and maintain scalable templates and design systems to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Fulfill high-priority design requests with speed and quality, juggling multiple concurrent projects
  • Animate directly within PowerPoint when needed, bringing decks to life with engaging motion
  • Manage and prioritize design requests using tools like Workfront, ensuring effective resource allocation
