The primary function of the Art Finance Manager is to work closely with the Global Managing Director of Christie’s Art Finance to originate asset-backed loans in the US, with a focus on the west coast, and support in the development of financial products and services to grow this area of the business.
What are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Art Finance Manager in this role?
Specific duties & responsibilities include working with client and strategy teams to promote, structure, and close art loan opportunities, proactively identifying new art finance prospects, promoting awareness of Christie’s Art Finance, performing analyses for bespoke financing strategies, reviewing loan agreements, and assisting with the development of new initiatives within the Art Finance platform.
What qualifications are required for this role?
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, strong Excel skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in high-pressure environments, decisive decision-making abilities, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.

What is the compensation range for this position?
The salary range for the Art Finance Manager role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year. Additional discretionary bonus compensation and overtime pay may also be included.
