Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality artworking across digital and print channels - ensuring every detail is pixel-perfect and on brand.
  • Artworking and adapting existing designs for a wide range of assets, including campaign toolkits, CRM emails, web banners, affiliate placements, social assets, and OOH.
  • Supporting the design team on larger campaign rollouts - preparing files, resizing, and maintaining visual consistency across channels.
  • Managing and updating assets for ecomm, partnering with the retail media team to ensure imagery is tagged, organised, and ready to use.
  • Formatting and optimising imagery for CMS upload, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the Content, CRM, and Brand teams to meet deadlines and deliver beautifully executed work.
  • Taking ownership of production schedules in Monday, flagging blockers early and helping keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Supporting with light creative development when needed - contributing ideas and ensuring creative intent is maintained through to final delivery.
  • Helping the wider design team during busy periods or campaign peaks to ensure seamless delivery across all outputs.
