Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and holding action logs to ensure that programme tasks are completed in an appropriate timeframe, escalating issues early to ensure resolution
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and involvement
  • Working alongside the programme managers to create reporting and communications to required boards, groups, interested parties.
  • Supporting with compilation of plans, risk and issue logs, and be actively involved in understanding this documentation and its relevance to the programmes
  • Being actively involved with the senior programme managers in planning and co-ordinating activities relating to programmes
