What are the main responsibilities of the Assistant Store Manager?
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, takes full responsibility in their absence, ensures high standards of customer service, achieves sales targets, maintains visual merchandising, maximizes sales through physical and digital channels, supports recruitment and development of volunteers, and works with the manager to generate stock.

The stores trade 7 days a week, so flexible working hours, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, are required.
