Responsibilities

  • Develop overall go-to-market product strategy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to create incremental growth opportunities and develop higher-margin businesses
  • Demonstrate strategic and creative thought leadership and apply consumer and social insights to drive product innovations that better meet and exceed demand. You are an internal influencer who can put thoughts into action
  • Partner with the global supply chain to identify programs to decrease development costs and gain efficiencies where applicable

  • Adopt, embrace and embody the Nerf and Super Soaker consumer mindset in all facets of strategic thinking and product development
  • Take ownership of the P2M, HDM, & Jetpack systems for specific segments, driving strong organization of brand line plans with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
