Requirements

You will be admitted to practice in England and Wales with 1-4 years PQE. You will have completed a commercial seat and have commercial contracts experience either in-house or in private practice.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey legal concepts clearly and effectively. You will do this through excellent organisational skills, commercial acumen and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and enthusiasm to learn.
Relationships: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally. Comfortable working with all levels of seniority.
Technology Proficient: Proficiency with legal technology and ability to adapt to new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service agreements, terms and conditions, NDAs and drafting risk reviews.
Advisory Services: Provide high quality strategic legal advice on commercial transactions, and compliance matters while mitigating commercial and legal risk.
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored legal solutions.
Legal Research: Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments within the firm to deliver integrated legal services and provide support in the design of effective legal solutions for one or more of our clients.
