  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience (preferably in a business facing role) and/or Manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience, including leading HR initiatives

  • Other Information:
  • This is an onsite position in a manufacturing facility with limited remote working, typical work days will be – Monday through Friday, but there will be times of evening/weekend work to ensure the full site is supported
  • Minimal travel required
  • Successful candidate will work in various areas within the Parenteral Site. Some allergens are present in the Parenteral site. Exposure to allergens should be considered when applying for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with site Strategic Business Partner to drive the people strategy and HR initiatives at the site and serve as a key resource for leadership and employees
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and lead HR Processes including talent management and succession planning, recruiting, performance, compensation, and the technical ladder promotion process. This includes driving and communicating the agenda across the organization, owning the project plan, measuring progress and outcomes, and collaboration with HR COE colleagues supporting these processes
  • Provide leadership and facilitation for culture and leadership development strategies to drive improved engagement and performance of the employees and leaders at the site
  • Lead and support global or network M & Q HR projects and processes aligned with our HR strategy, provide input to design and implementation plans, and share best practices across the network, M&Q and HR organizations
  • Deeply understand the HR data about the site, analyze and report on information, prepare and present to the leadership team, and influence decisions and strategies
  • Find opportunities for continuous improvement in HR and site processes, systems and tools
  • Serve as a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion at the site and across the M&Q organization
  • Spend time in the organization working with leaders and employees and engaging with employees where and when they work to understand the pulse of the organization and be able to represent that to leadership

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $122,250 to $179,300, depending on education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
