Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in an HR/HRIS/IT/Operations function
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules, preferably with Employee Center Pro and Virtual Agent, including implementation and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and best practices, ideally within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, consulting and influencing skills.
  • The ability to apply “systems thinking”, understanding how systems can work in a complimentary way to address business needs.
  • Project leadership expertise, managing in a deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated competencies in relationship management, facilitation, influencing skills, and working globally as well as cross functionally
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD is preferred.
  • Experience with utilizing data and analytics to measure value.
  • Familiarity working with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of integration capabilities with other Human Resources and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Human Resources solutions tailored to meet organizational needs and Human Resources best practices.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources leaders to define and develop a strategic roadmap for maximizing the impact Human Resources can gain via ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and Human Resources stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Partner internally to analyze current Human Resources processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance Human Resources Services and employee satisfaction.
  • Act as the Human Resources subject matter expert for ServiceNow providing insights into platform capabilities, new functionalities, and best practices.
  • Partner with the Organizational Readiness Team to ensure seamless adoption and effective use of the ServiceNow platform for Human Resources.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Human Resources ServiceNow initiatives and prepare regular reports for stakeholders to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize relationships with peers from external organization to assess leading practices, lessons learned within the ServiceNow space. Translate these learning into the ongoing strategy.
