Responsibilities

  • Understand Danone Talent and Learning Strategy, India business and HR strategy
  • Manage the recruitment process for Danone India (field + HO + Factory) ensuring the right talent is hired as per business requirement
  • Manage the hiring budget; design and deploy the hiring strategy; and track all hiring related KPIs
  • Design and deploy Talent Management interventions and learning strategy for Danone India
  • Work with the global team to deploy global Talent and Learning priorities / programs in India
  • Deploy Talent Review process; Identify and develop High Potential employees for future leadership roles
  • Responsible for developing and implementing succession planning exercise
  • Institutionalize Danone Behaviors and Culture framework in India
  • Identify competency development needs for India in consultation with the HRBP teams
  • Identify and deploy learning interventions to address identified competency gaps
  • Drive relevant conversations under Danone People Conversation framework and track closure
