  • A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) from 1- 3 years post qualification experience.

  • Be self-motivated and possess a very pro-active attitude;
  • Specific experience acting for banks, financial institutions, investors and corporate clients in structured finance and investment transactions.

  • Demonstrate ability to confidently interact with clients and develop business pro-actively;
  • A commercial and pragmatic outlook;

Responsibilities

  • Being part of a team that runs large real estate finance and leveraged loan transactions.
  • Drafting documents and all the ancillary documents.
  • Liaising with clients and law firms representing the other the opposite side on the transaction.
  • Preparing legal advice and memos.
  • Negotiating security documentation.
  • Ideally experience in Real Estate Finance is required, however we are open to speaking with lawyers who have Banking and Finance experience who are interested in Real Estate Finance.
  • Specific experience with commercial real estate transactions, acting for banks, financial institutions, investors and corporate clients in real estate finance and investment transactions, preferred.
  • This role will focus on structured real estate finance advising both lenders and sponsors.
