Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the flow of work through code delivery, testing, ensuring sprint commitments are met and releases are delivered.
  • Proactively identify, track, and help resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Utilize Jira reporting to identify risks and issues, understand how the team is tracking towards delivery and to communicate progress against sprint goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement mindset by both participating in and facilitating team retrospectives.
  • Communicate status and challenges to working team and leadership.

  • Promote transparency across multiple feature teams, with Product Owner and Leadership team.
  • Great communication, current team is distributed so usage of Teams and other virtual means is needed.
  • Own end-to-end sprint execution, from sprint kickoff through retrospective, ensuring teams are set up to meet agreed-upon scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, sprint cycle time, team health metrics) to provide accurate insights to leadership and drive continuous process improvement.
