Responsibilities

  • We are looking to add a talented Associate or Senior Associate to our Northern Real Estate team, to be based from either Leeds, Manchester or Sheffield.
  • The Northern Real Estate transactions team undertakes a broad range of work including development, investment, landlord and tenant, portfolio management and property financing across all sectors within the real estate sector.
  • You’ll have the chance to be involved in high-profile commercial deals right from the start, working with well-established clients.
  • Given the nature of the role, you will be highly organised and be able to work pragmatically as well as supervise and mentor junior members of the team.
  • You’ll work to participate in relevant practice development initiatives, seek to get involved with business development opportunities and keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice.
  • To drive best practice further, you will be an exceptional team player with the ability to work collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
