  • Complete Proactive Thematic reviews based on
  • Trend Analysis
  • Concerns raised by Stakeholders
  • Reviews before Internal Audit / 2LOD Risk Monitoring Review
  • Test adherence to
  • Regulations,
  • T&C’s,
  • Internal Business policies and standards
  • Process documentation.
  • Support the business to implement recommendations found in thematic reviews
  • Deliver Outcomes testing evaluating the Customer Experience and Journey throughout
  • Analysis of iCare Risk Events and Issues to identify trends in Root Causes and work with the relevant Business areas to draw up an action plan to address themes found.
  • Share learnings across functions and with IWR
  • Share best practice to support the business in implementing effective solutions (without Reinventing the wheel)
  • Supporting the business to identify and report emerging, strategic and immediate business risk
  • Support creation of action plans required to ensure risks remain within tolerance
