Responsibilities

  • Can you empower and support Deaf service users and help in their recovery?
  • To undertake and accurately document observations and nursing care in line with Trust Policy.
  • To accurately report and feedback any concerns.
  • To participate in the maintenance of a safe, clean ward environment.
  • You will need to be proactive in taking the lead in some activities and will be required to assist in the day-to-day care and treatment plans of our patients.
