  • Provide a high-quality front-line reception and customer service to patients, carers, and staff.
  • Accurately input and maintain patient demographic and treatment data using the Trust’s EPR system.
  • Support the smooth flow of patients through the ward by coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Liaise with the multidisciplinary team and wider hospital services to help ensure efficient bed utilisation and timely patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure data quality, NHS compliance, and Trust income generation.
  • Proactively manage your workload and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of a complex specialist ward.
