Responsibilities

  • As team administrator you will undertake a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties including but not limited to; receiving of all correspondence and ensuring action is taken appropriately
  • processing clinical letters, reports and other correspondence as required by the team
  • minute taking and covering calls that come into the office
  • You will be expected to liaise with multi-disciplinary team members and other health professionals, GP’s, Social workers, care coordinator, Service users, and other appropriate agencies
