Responsibilities

  • As a Non-medical Prescriber (NMP), the post holder will undertake the assessment and diagnosis of CYP within neurodevelopmental services.
  • As a NMP you will hold a medication caseload and assess physical health and monitoring in line with safe prescribing will be undertaken.
  • The post holder will work within the outpatient service, undertaking initial assessments of new referrals alongside MDT colleagues, plus co-working with colleagues within the MDT as required.
  • As a senior clinician provision of clinical supervision and line management of staff will also be undertaken in accordance with NMC and trust policies.
