Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Coordinating: Liaising with landlords, attending handovers, coordinating with the refurbishment team, daily coordination with the maintenance team to ensure property completion, visiting properties and gathering specific information needed by the team.Conducting inspections of our properties and reporting any issues to the property team, to ensure all our properties are in immaculate condition for our guests.
  • Viewings: Scheduling and attending viewings of new potential properties in different locations around London. Providing property reports for our sales team once viewings are complete 
  • Process Re-engineering: As a start-up, our Co-founders are constantly looking for ways to improve our processes. Successful candidates will be individuals who are intelligent problem solvers who are up to this challenge.
