Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis & Mapping: Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems. Develop detailed process maps and models to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Design & Development: Design new business processes or improve existing ones using Signavio Process Manager and flowcharting techniques.
  • Process Management: Govern migration / creation/ update/ maintenance of process maps across functions/ projects. Create/ update/ maintain functional/ E2E Process Architecture and maintain cross-functional interactions and dependencies in Signavio Process Manager. Maintain process version control and governance, ensuring changes are tracked and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Manage the access controls for various types of roles in the Signavio BPM tool.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including process owners, managers, and IT teams, to gather requirements, validate processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Engages in the process design workshops to co-create the As-Is and To-be process maps along with the other key stakeholders. Engages in the process optimization efforts to improve performance metrics such as speed, cost, and quality. Establish best practices and provide inputs to the standards team to improve DESSA methodology based on the user feedback and project experience.
  • Process Automation: Identify and implement opportunities for process automation through tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or workflow management systems.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed process documentation, including process flows, procedures, and business rules. Ensure that all process documentation is up-to-date, consistent, standardized and accessible across the organization.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare reports on process performance, KPIs, impact on process attributes in the Signavio Process Manager and recommendations for improvements.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to employees on new processes, ensuring smooth adoption and understanding. Conduct workshops and seminars on process optimization.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that business processes comply with regulatory requirements and manage risks associated with process changes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop frameworks for ongoing evaluation and improvement of processes. Monitor the performance of business processes using KPIs and benchmarks using Process Mining tools and techniques.
