  • Significant brand identity management experience and demonstrable stakeholder management skills to effectively develop, manage and maintain brand identity standards across a complex organisation.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, work at pace, to ensure that work is delivered against tight deadlines and to quality standards. Experience of working closely with studio/traffic managers and commissioning teams to assess/challenge briefs and scope out requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to influence decision makers, explain design concepts to senior stakeholders and colleagues who lack a background in design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on and drives brand standards, collaborating with the design team, the Communications Office, and content producers in shaping the evolution of our brand identity strategy to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and visual language.
  • Bring specialist professional knowledge to lead and oversee the development and management of our identity systems and guidelines and guiding teams and external creative partners on their interpretation and application across all touchpoints.
  • Advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the organisation, educating and enabling others to create on-brand experiences. Contributes to the development, production, and delivery of workshops.
