Responsibilities

  • Be knowledgeable with our internal seasonally visual guidelines and make sure they implemented within your region
  • Manage and implement seasonal updates/product pushes for each shop/ shop within shop within your region
  • Create visually appealing merchandising that enhances Ralph Lauren DNA and maximizes sales potential
  • Keep in communicate and partnering with the relevant teams with changeover dates/delivery status/capabilities of your region
  • Collaborate with store teams to maintain visual standards and merchandising
  • Train store teams on basic merchandising principles, maintenance, internal seasonal guidelines and provide seasonal training for the teams within your region
  • Create and develop all seasonal floor plans
  • Planning and implementing any new store opening, if scheduled within your region
  • Enhance sales through visual merchandising that is in line with the company’s strategy
  • Utilise sales figures to support your visual merchandising
  • Feedback callouts and opportunities to the relevant internal departments
  • Communicate with the relevant departments/people using the Ralph Lauren Store visit report sent weekly on a Friday
  • Travel and expenses reported on time and accurately
