Responsibilities

  • Are you looking for an exciting career in Brand Management? At P&G, our Brand Management teams are the vision and strategy behind each of our brands. Together, we create irresistible, meaningful, and sustainable brand experiences for our consumers.
  • From Day 1, you are the manager of your business and will put your ideas into practice. You will lead the masterplans behind our product and commercial innovations as well as the marketing elements across all media. You develop strong marketing concepts and identify tactics to build on consumer, shopper, and customer insights (e.g., out-of-the-box ideas to attract new brand users, pilot campaigns on new social media platforms).
  • Within the Brand Management function, you might join P&G in one of three teams: Commercial Operations team for a particular brand or category, Brand Operations team with responsibilities for many categories on a specific marketing touch point or Sales team developing marketing plans across categories for a specific customer.
