Responsibilities

  • Advertising: assist in creative development, media planning and campaign analysis, responsible for proof reading and material dispatch to publications.
  • Branding: ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, both internally and externally, and assist in the maintenance of brand guidelines. Responsible for ensuring the Marketing Assets drive and the website Media Centre are up to date.
  • Market intelligence: support our EVP of Brand Marketing in special research projects and presentations, includes identifying target audience and market opportunities and trends. Responsible for competitor monitoring and analysis with a quarterly report on competitor activity.
  • Marketing materials: assist in developing new consumer and trade marketing materials, responsible for co-ordinating collateral updates and reprints with hotel and sales teams, supervise translation and copywriting projects with external agencies, assist in hotel quarterly audits.
  • Photography and film: assist in pre and post production for film, illustration and photography shoots. Responsible for marketing asset management and ensuring key systems (including Vimeo and Dropbox) are up to date with the latest materials. Responsible for overseeing the Leonardo Online Image Library (and equivalent), working with hotels (marketing and distribution) to ensure content is up to date.
  • Digital Marketing: maintain website library and manage PDF updates on https://www.roccofortehotels.com/brochures/
  • Event Coordination: assist in organising and promoting brand-related events, such as product launches, press conferences, and brand partnerships.
  • Internal Marketing: assist in loading selected stories to Fortissimo website.
