Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to conceptualize and create compelling graphic content, including digital assets, print materials, social media graphics, and promotional content. Update existing designs to align with current branding and market trends, ensuring consistency across all visual materials.
  • Lead the creative design process from ideation through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and align with brand guidelines. Work closely with the content team to integrate graphics that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on schedule.
  • Works with marketing management, personnel in other areas, including Law, Supply Chain and Commercial Services, Corporate Communications, etc., and outside vendors and agencies to develop, communicate, and implement new Brand Retail marketing concepts and plans towards increasing brand value leading to long-term demand generation.
  • Partners with divisional personnel to evaluate, recommend, and execute Brand Retail marketing initiatives.
  • Conceives, develops, and collaborates with counterparts to recommend the annual Brand Retail Marketing calendar.
  • Adheres to department budgets, monitors expenses, and prepares reports.
  • Maintains and adheres to the Brand Retail Marketing Plan and Marathon/ARCO Brand standards (logo, image, etc.).
