Responsibilities

  • Manage the SVP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations for the SVP and departmental meetings.
  • Process and track expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Maintain and organize departmental files, databases, and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Support the coordination of department meetings, including scheduling, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Provide logistical support for department events, trainings, and presentations.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for ordering and replenishment.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the SVP, other departments (Legal, A&R, Finance), and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the SVP.
