Requirements

  • Hold a master degree in business economics with major in finance & controlling
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in the field of controlling / business analysis in a retail environment
  • Are highly skilled in the application and use of excel (VBA a plus)
  • Are fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
  • Are flexible & have a hands-on mindset
  • Have strong analytical & communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Creation of a reporting system, cockpit
  • Analysis of the results (sales, margins, discounts ...) with focus on axis, market (selective, exclusive, Sephora), categories, brands and comparison with the German market / competition; Identify deviations and look for the causes and / or problem
  • Prepare action plans together with the Business Partners and follow up on them
  • Financial simulations of actions, promotions, etc.
  • Landing: Coordination of sell in, sell out and purchase conditions with catman and logistics to optimize purchase conditions and stock situation. Support in the negotiations.
  • Pricing: support to pricing strategy definition and operational implementation, preparation of decisions on price adjustments. Define the optimal price for new products
  • Provide support in special projects
