Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Systems Analyst, this individual will have the following responsibilities:
  • Interact directly with business partners at all levels of the organization to define, analyze, and document requirements, as well as set priorities
  • Act as a champion and trusted advisor for the needs of the business partners
  • Conduct a thorough systems analysis for business requirements and provide functional specifications with detailed use cases to the delivery team
  • Develop a deep understanding of internal systems and related datasets to help with solution design as well as handling support issues
  • Develop a strong partnership with the delivery team to ensure on time, scalable, and high-quality business solutions
  • Provide input into system design to help the programming teams define effort and implementation schedules
  • Ensure quality of product by enforcing high standards in testing and building audit/validation controls
  • Provide hands-on analysis for support issues and assist with user training
  • Manage product releases and assist with post-release testing
  • Create prototypes; assist with systems and UX/UI design
  • Assist with project management activities, and provide regular status reporting and issue tracking
