  • Work closely with associate staff delivering on executive education programmes such as Help to Grow, the Executive MBA, and Higher and Degree Apprenticeships.
  • Develop new business opportunities, ideally within a higher education setting.
  • Build sustainable networks with external organisations, identifying commercial opportunities, and supporting income-generating activities.
  • Contribute to the School’s strategic priorities and the University’s commitment to regional impact and employability.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
