Responsibilities

  • Creates departmental strategic plans for projects and other departments, making sure top management and the CEO approve them.
  • Developing project delivery strategies, risk assessments, value engineering analyses, pre-concept feasibility studies, project planning and scheduling, and encouraging inputs at every step of design and construction are all examples of implementing quality systems and processes.
  • Acquiring all the data required to establish the development plan for new and assigned projects; investigating financial prospects through business development and strategic alliances with developers, banks, investors, and consultants.
  • Drafting a preliminary business plan for real estate development that includes an overview, scope, schedule, risk assessment, financial analysis, and a list of stakeholders to show that the project has the potential to be profitable.
  • Obtaining the necessary government permits and starting negotiations with builders and other experts required for the development of the project.
  • Working with architects to create design blueprints that will get government clearance and start the process of developing real estate.
  • Creating a marketing strategy to reach the target market for the sale of real estate and coming up with tactics to interact with possible investors and purchasers.
  • Work with the project execution team to release a construction contract. You may also want to designate a project manager to supervise the various building phases, milestones, and final handover.

  • Identify and manage general business risks - cost, schedule, performance, operational, market, governance, strategic and legal risks.
  • Preparation of a quality management plan and implementation of preventive measures to promote quality assurance and control of brand assets.
  • Conceptualize, review and recommend plans and processes to achieve business excellence.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates all short term and long-term goals for restricted and unrestricted fundraising, identifying grant sources, and developing funding projects.
  • Spearheading P&L management of the business.
