Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. Education in equivalent areas when complemented by suitable experience will be considered.
A Specialization in Power BI
A specialization in ML, AI, or Data Science is preferred.
Years of Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

Develop BI Solutions:
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data extracted from CRM/ERP systems.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI outputs.
Implement best practices in BI report development to enhance performance and user experience.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Perform descriptive analytics to understand business trends and provide comprehensive reports.
Identify key insights and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data is used effectively to meet business goals.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the Senior Data Scientist and cross-functional teams to align BI reporting with business needs.
Present analytical results and visualizations in a manner that is accessible and actionable for senior management and other key stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the data science and business teams to facilitate data-driven decision making.
Data Management & Optimization:
Monitor data pipelines, ensuring timely and efficient data loading from CRM and ERP systems into BI tools.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data flows and integration points.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on BI processes and dashboards. Be ready to learn, re-learn, and unlearn the problems while working simultaneously on multiple business units and portfolio companies.
Rapidly acquire new knowledge and learn new skills as needed.
Training & Support:
Provide training to end users on how to interpret and utilize BI reports effectively.
Support ad hoc data requests and create custom reports as needed.
