  • Maintain accurate business reporting. Create, maintain & deliver various dashboards & reports for key stakeholders
  • Develop methods for data collecting, analyzing & identifying trends in the business
  • Utilize available systems and resources to carry out business analyses that support ad-hoc requests from management
  • Increase the ability of the organization to utilize internal system business analysis tools.
  • Partner with the Business Planning team to develop daily financial plans and forecasts, including sales and gross margin in accordance with corporate goals.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Merchandise Planning, Marketing, Site Analytics and Supply Chain team
  • Establish, nurture, and utilize internal and external partners to drive the business
