  • Responsible for curating effective distribution strategies for Boys that balance magic and logic, closely partnering with Girls and Baby owners for a holistic approach.
  • Build and develop a strong understanding of the Boys Childrenswear customer, through regular competitor shops, store visits, and wider market research on trends, pricing, styles.
  • Be proactive and vocal in different meetings with direct partners such as Trade, MPRs, Intent, Investment, providing a ‘go-forward’ approach and mindset to facilitate the Brand success in the long run.
  • Partner with Planning to ensure the OTB aligns with financial goals and revenue KPIs for the Boys category.
  • Forecast unit requirements to hit financial targets, balancing metrics like margin, sales revenue, and AUR.
  • Trade the Boys category weekly, adjusting inventory levels based on performance and identifying areas of opportunity or risk.
  • Oversee order management from initial entry through to delivery, ensuring accurate tracking and coordination with stakeholders.
