Responsibilities

  • Manage country specific inventory to support daily store operations in an efficient, cost effective manner.
  • Ensure accuracy of order execution, shipment timelines, and multi market fulfillment deliverables.
  • Provide continuity for international operational workflows, systems, and vendor relationships.
  • Support business needs during peak demand, transitions, market expansions, and evolving priorities.
  • Maintain deep operational knowledge to support fulfillment, logistics, Partner onboarding, and multi market coordination.
  • Execute competitive domestic and international sourcing events, including negotiating costs and managing supplier performance.
  • Support local sourcing initiatives for visual and Non-Merch items, including sample approvals, prototype reviews, and production validations.
  • Verify product specifications and quality; identify and resolve issues with suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Participate in supplier selection based on total cost of ownership, quality, and capability alignment.
  • Partner with IPS and regional Partners on factory audits, branded items, regulatory requirements, and supplier capability evaluations.
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with regulatory, quality, and production requirements.
  • Maintain and update New Store Opening templates for VSBA and VSBL formats, including item matrices and quantities.
  • Provide ordering and system training for domestic and international Partners.
  • Collaborate with SDS and maintain New Store Opening reports to support shipment planning, Partner timelines, and go live dates.
  • Support Travel Retail and Local Market new store opening orders, new Partner onboarding, and new market launches.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Non-Merch Partner inquiries, including shipment status, ordering questions, and issue escalation.
  • Lead Partner communication for ~130 accounts, ensuring timely responses and high service levels.
  • Engage customers to understand objectives and recommend solutions from a customer centric perspective.
  • Maintain a positive, professional approach while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Take on applicable projects that will help support or growth the business or streamline the Partner non-merch process.
  • Manage Visual Supply procurement, including vendor coordination, logistics oversight, and direct shipping support.
  • Administer quarterly order cycles, managing approximately 500 annual Partner orders.
  • Support team and customer needs through accurate data entry, reporting, and analytics that identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Audit and approve invoices; resolve discrepancies promptly and ensure appropriate credits are issued.
  • Complete and audit commercial invoices accurately and provide training/support to suppliers and internal partners.
