Requirements

  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Revit
  • The ability to solve technically challenging problems
  • The ability to communicate and hold technical conversations, internally and externally
  • Ambition and enthusiasm to gain further training and grow with the company
  • Be organised with excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • Commercial awareness
  • Positive approach to learning
  • Desirable:
  • A degree or HND / HNC in a Construction or Engineering discipline

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing all relevant drawing and modelling documentations for projects based on given specifications and calculations
  • Create, adapt and amend existing CAD/Revit designs that need editing
  • Work closely with the rest of the team on projects and check your own and team members drawings
  • Work to company standard and adhere to processes and procedures
  • Visit sites as required in order to gain practical experience of installation practices and apply these to improve design effectiveness
  • Ensure work is completed accurately and to a high standard
  • Ensure Health & Safety is considered throughout all duties
