Responsibilities

  • So, what does it take to be a successful Call Centre/ Admin Assistant? You’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration, answering & transferring calls, updating & filing records, greeting all customers at the door, helping select glasses, processing invoices and sending out correspondence. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service and hands on assistant that will aid the store’s success and support the customers journey.
