  • Internet access provided by a cable or DSL provider - WIRED CONNECTION AT ALL TIMES - WIRELESS CONNECTION IS PROHIBITED
  • Router must be VOIP compatible
  • Minimum upload speed of 10 mbps and Minimum download speed of 50 mbps
  • Please note that all applicants must have the ability to pass a security check involving financial probity and basic criminality

Responsibilities

  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
  • Converting rental enquiries to bookings
  • Relationship building by maintaining exceptional customer service standards
  • Inbound calls; taking bookings, dealing with customer queries, applications, cancellations and other administrative duties
