Requirements

  • You will have previous Finance experience such as working in a bank or within an accounting team, with clear communication skills both written and verbal.
  • It is important to have a positive attitude as you will be managing a small to medium team.
  • We are looking for someone that can easily spot opportunities to make operational improvements, and you must have strong PC literacy skills (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

  • - Ensure all monies are counted and processed via ISA system and maintain an audit trail of all monies entered in tills each trading day.
  • - Maintain Bank and in house stationery levels and assist with late night office cover.
  • - Support the Cash Summary Manager team.
  • - Assist with the management team with the training and developing of our colleagues on the operational side of the business.
  • - Prepare daily work sheets.
  • - Ensure all technical equipment are working and report any faults.
