Responsibilities

  • Organise and prepare food.
  • Receive and store kitchen supplies as required.
  • Cleans and maintains Kitchen premises and equipment.
  • Assist with the serving of food at Foley House, Open Door and Flagstaff for lunch and dinner.
  • Appropriate use of all personal protective safety equipment such as disposable gloves.
  • Actively contribute to building a strong culture in the team and across the service based on mutual respect and collaboration with colleagues and residents.
  • Build connections with other TSA teams and programs
  • Contribute towards the development of program documentation including the program manual, and safe workplace practice guidelines.
