Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience, working with Store teams to drive sales and operational excellence. Ecommerce experience an advantage.
  • Strong analytics skills, confident in data manipulation and experience in reporting and ability to analyse data, build stories based around data insights, draw conclusions, and make data driven decisions (Excel, Tableau etc.)
  • Experience with supply chain management & retail technology
  • Highly developed collaboration skills with an open mind and ability to work across different departments championing the Gift Card program.
  • Proven track record in delivering results & solving problems, both bringing strategic plans into reality but also with the ability to solve urgent problems in practical and pragmatic ways.
  • Experience working on digital and physical Gift Card products is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills

Responsibilities

  • - A constant focus on better understanding our shoppers, identify opportunities and bring these to life. We expect you to both improve existing processes and bring new ideas to life.
  • - Build and develop relationship with LEGO® Store teams to help deliver focus on Gift Cards.
  • - Work with the Gift Card trading manager to identify marketing, campaign & promotion opportunities across LEGO® Retail.
  • - In collaboration with global & regional teams, lead all aspects of the implementation of campaigns in stores.
  • - Coordinate with 3rd party retailer teams to develop campaigns, provide assets and resolve process issues.
  • - Run weekly and monthly reporting & understand shopper data to turn insights into actions.
  • - Communicate Gift Card plans and performance in stores to LBR teams.
  • - Deep dive into performance variation and investigate technical and training issues that arise.
  • - Gift Card forecasting, stock management and supply chain management in stores, LEGO.com and 3rd party distribution.
  • - Ensure stable operations and constantly seek to improve the setup to benefit shoppers and reduce internal complexities.
  • - Solve problems, working with partners to find practical solutions in case of issues around issuing and redemption, stock availability, reporting and training.
  • - Manage queries and requests from Customer Service, Store Support, Gift Card platform service provider, suppliers, customers, and internal collaborators.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business such as technology, store operations, site operations, marketing, legal, procurement etc.
