Responsibilities

  • Conduire la gestion de votre portefeuille clients en termes de délais, ventes et OTIF (On Time In Full).
  • Assurer une communication fluide et transparente avec les clients sur l'avancement de leurs commandes.
  • Suivre l'avancement des tests d'acceptation en usine avec les clients.
  • Négocier avec les clients les ajustements de planning et les quantités à livrer.
  • Anticiper et résoudre les problèmes potentiels en collaboration avec les différents départements.
  • Mettre en œuvre des plans de rattrapage et des actions correctives pour garantir la satisfaction client.
  • Effectuer le suivi administratif des commandes et la mise à jour des besoins clients dans l'ERP.
  • Traiter les litiges financiers et logistiques avec les clients.
