Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer care and on-site consultation for automotive clients regarding our product portfolio
  • Act as an interface between the customer and the ABB Robotics organization (globally and locally)
  • Analyze and detail requirements for product-related software and hardware adjustments
  • Conduct feasibility analyses of customer requirements in terms of functional, technical, and economic aspects
  • Coordinate and monitor development and validation projects in collaboration with customers and international manufacturing plants
  • Collaborate with global and local key account management, sales support, and manufacturer plants in Sweden, the USA, and China
  • Examine customer requirements and technical specifications to create a product roadmap with global product management and R&D
  • Support the market launch of new products with automotive clients
