Responsibilities

  • - This exciting role is primarily an externally focused position that focuses on fostering the City and Hackney partnership, and driving community and place development initiatives.
  • - The role encompasses leadership of place partnerships, out-of-hospital collaboratives, and advancing the Trust’s position as an Anchor Organisation.
  • - The new Board member will spearhead efforts in City and Hackney place development, Neighbourhood Development, and Community, Primary Care, and Mental Health Collaboratives.
  • - Additionally, they will serve as the executive lead for integration in City and Hackney and drive primary care relationship development, building on a long record of cooperation in City and Hackney between NHS providers, primary care, local authorities, and the VCS.
