  • Managing clinic bookings for speech & language therapy:
  • contacting patients via Accurx
  • monitoring Accurx for patient responses
  • booking appointments
  • sending correspondence
  • discharging referrals
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the team, including managing emails, records, and office systems.
  • Maintain accurate data, carry out quality checks, and update online systems.
  • Support monitoring of waiting lists and data quality issues.
  • Order and monitor supplies, ensuring resources are available when needed.
  • Liaise with colleagues and external professionals, and travel to local sites as required
